Some years ago, I got more issues with pelvic instability during my daily work as well as a below average physical condition and I was constantly dizzy and out of breath. In order to strengthen my pelvic, I have trained pelvic physiotherapist for a year, but with little results. After working, for a few weeks with Carlijn, I didn't just improve my physical condition but surprisingly, it also reduced the pelvic instability, the dizziness is gone and I can hike for hours easily.

I LOVE taking care of my body, and the bodies of others
However, love wasn't always enough. At the age of 20 I lost my period for a year, my libido, I was chronically tired, rashes, giant moodswings, that affected my relationships and I even started gaining weight which was really unusual for me.
It was tough on me emotionally. My body was never like that, and all of a sudden it was struggling. Screaming all kinds of signs that I didn't understand..
After 2 years of trial and error and + €40k spent, I have more energy than I could ever imagine, my cycle is exactly on time, my libido is back, my mind is sharp, I'm present, my eyesight improved, colors are bright. and I am reversing aging everyday.
Not only did I get my body back, I now have a network of incredible, successful people and my income has 5xd.
My results didn't come from luck, they came from a decision, and the insight that sexy hormones and energy comes from the things you release, not add.
